1. Who is the data controller

WebInSkin For U, run by a single independent developer in Brussels, Belgium, is the data controller for information collected through the website (webinskin.com) and the WordPress plugins.

2. What the plugins collect

Nothing.

Section Accent and Section Accent Pro do not collect, store, transmit, or process any personal data from your website visitors or from you as a site administrator. The plugins:

• Do not use cookies.
• Do not make external HTTP requests (except license validation for the Pro add-on — see below).
• Do not track usage, analytics, or telemetry.
• Do not access or store any visitor data.

Pro license validation

Section Accent Pro makes HTTPS requests to the Lemon Squeezy License API (api.lemonsqueezy.com) to activate, validate, and deactivate your license key. The only data transmitted is:

No visitor data, no IP addresses, no usage statistics are transmitted. License checks are cached locally and only occur once every 24 hours.

3. What the website collects

Website visitors

The webinskin.com website does not use cookies, does not use analytics (no Google Analytics, no tracking pixels), and does not collect any personal data from visitors. Google Fonts are loaded from Google's servers — see Google's privacy policy for how font requests are handled.

Customers

When you purchase a product, your transaction is processed by Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy LLC). Lemon Squeezy collects your name, email, payment details, and billing address as necessary to process the transaction and comply with tax regulations. This data is governed by Lemon Squeezy's privacy policy.

The Lemon Squeezy dashboard provides access to the following customer data:

• Name and email address
• Order history and license keys
• Country (for tax purposes)

No access is available to your credit card number, bank details, or full billing address.

Email communication

If you email webinskin@gmail.com, your email address and message content are stored for the purpose of responding to your inquiry. No mailing list subscription is made automatically, and your email is not shared with third parties.

4. Legal basis for processing (GDPR)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), personal data is processed on the following bases:

• Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b)) — processing customer data to deliver the product and support you purchased.
• Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) — license validation to protect the business and prevent unauthorized use.
• Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) — retaining transaction records as required by Belgian tax law.

5. Data retention

• Customer data (name, email, orders): retained for the duration of your license and for 7 years after for tax compliance, as required by Belgian law.
• Support emails: retained for 2 years after the last communication, then deleted.
• License data on your server: stored in your WordPress database and deleted when you uninstall the Pro plugin.

6. Third-party services

8. Children

WebInSkin products and this website are not directed at individuals under 16 years of age. No data from children is knowingly collected.

This policy may be updated from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. For significant changes affecting existing customers, an email notification may also be sent.
